Welcome to Class 2!
This term we started with Design Technology, focusing on 'sliders' and creating our own moving picture books. Our Geography focus this half term is Biomes, looking at how the climate is varies in different parts of the world. We have been on a fantastic school trip to Amazonia and the Science Centre in Glasgow, where we learnt about marine and rainforest biomes. In Art, we are practising various techniques to create sculptures out of paper. We will eventually be creating a 'Tree of Life' sculpture.
